Young Living’s New Me in 90

YL is bringing back a favorite challenge but making it even better this year!! 

We’re excited to introduce New Me in 90, a brand-new fitness program that will take the place of Slique in 60 this year.

Instead of focusing on weight loss, New Me in 90 encourages members to create their own custom wellness journey by setting and achieving a 90-day fitness goal of their choosing.


Five simple steps, one new you!

1. Share your fitness goal for the next 90 days on social using the hashtag #newmein90
2. Commit to moving for 30 minutes each day, regardless of your fitness goals.
3. Resolve to try a new YL supplement or product
4. Continue to share about your progress throughout the next 90 days using the hashtag!
5. Report your results after 90 days on social using #newmein90


Your goals can be anything physical, even if it’s something as simple as playing a game of “take all the toys from the living room back to their bins” or walking the neighborhood with your furry friend. 

Post photos of your journey with the hashtag #NewMeIn90 and you may be randomly selected to win free gifts from Young Living.
